We are heading to 'Gerik' and after that to 'Pengkalan Hulu'.. We stop by at some stall (Somewhere at 'Jeli' if I'm not mistaken ...) selling different type of fruits and lots of stuff..
Buah Salak
On the way.. we will definitely need to visit this place.. Public Toilet.. Don't ever hope for a high class Toilet.. sometimes have to go through this..
Hubby have to become body guard.. Got lobang oiii... and NO lock T_T.. (The other 2 room.. 1 penuh with 'cakes'... 1 occupied..
I think so far.. we have been through 4 check point..
And at last after 5 hours drive(??).. We reach the border..

Hi Cath, nice pics. The last time I was in Grik was in the '80s and there was curfew along the East West Highway.
Used to go across to Thailand too.
