Last post for Hat Yai..

My last post for my Hat Yai trip.. When looking into all my photos.. Unbelievable I did not take any single photo of Thai temple which actually the trade mark of Thai.. ~.@

NOTE: If you are visiting Hat Yai do visit their Lantern Festival which located at Hat Yai City Municipality Park. I heard they will come out with Ice carving too.. This event up to February 2010 only.


Back to the hotel.. I start packing.. because we are going back in the next morning. Hubby woke up early that morning going for their prayers.. Me and son.. Sedap sedap tidur.. ;-p

When hubby back from prayers.. I woke up and ask what time leaving.. He ask not to worry.. anytime.. Coz not going any way already.. So we continue to sleep.. around 8am..

Suddenly our door was knocked by somebody.. I opened the door.. My MIL was standing on the door asking if we are ready or not.. and I was still with my sleeping wear and a disaster hair! I woke my hubby and son up and we rush to get ready..

When we got down.. everyone was already at the lobby waiting for us.. ;-p




As usual.. need to queue and imagine we are standing on a middle of road lining up and cars just side by side waiting for their turn as well.. Makan asap ohhhhhh.....

My BIL and his friends heading to Penang.. but we direct home.. Worried there will be a heavy traffic.. Everyone was on the way back home from Holiday..




That's how my boy sleep when I checked on him.. Sigh.. His grandpa also slept.. hihihi.. actually we all slept except my hubby.. He can drive for looooong hours... Respect! ^_^

Day 2 at Hat Yai

Ok.. This gonna be a long 1.. Full with photos.. ^_^.. Don't worry not much mumbling in this blog.. ;-p




See this?? Got their back only.. Dang! I was using manual on my camera and have to change some settings to have good picture (Konon nya.. ) But I was just too slow.. and there!! I got their lovely back.. ~.@




Have a simple bfast and after that hubby and family went for some prayers and me and my boy waiting them at the entrance..

Once they done.. it almost lunch time and they hunt for 'Char kueh teow'.. aduhhhhh.... 'au ah bangat bangat ti!!' (Hehehe.. That's Kadazan language.. Don't think too much.. ;-p)

Changed to my small camera now.. ^_^




Must add this in my post.. So my hubby can remember this place.. The best Char kueh teow in town.. LOL..




Just a few block from J.B hotel.. at the back of the hotel..








Their Mineral water just looks like battery water bottle ;-p.




1 place to another we are using the tuk tuk service.. and my boy love it so much..




Uh huuu... siap berdiri lagi... *Sigh*..




We were brought to Hat Yai Extra Tesco by a friend of my BIL.. Tesco?? Adehhh... But hey not bad lah their Tesco.. Very big!! And I did shop some blouse for me to wear at home.. Cheap!! ^_^




Well and a cute sandal.. My old sandal broke here.. T_T.. (If kick people with this feet can die 1 you know.. just look at the size... Sighhhhh....)

Next after that my BIL friend bring us to a place where they selling all hand made craft (only open on Saturday and Sunday).




This place.. (Really can see difference using my small camera and using the big 1.. ;-p) I did not use my big camera here.. Coz this was inside a shopping mall.. Just in case they not allowed taking photo inside.. but using the small 1.. not that obvious.. ^_^




They selling cute stuff.. and I am so tempted!!..




Looking at this doll make me wanna buy.. but what for?? Nasib baik I am waras.. So I tolak ke tepi that mind.. ;-p




Hair clips!! Ayooooo cute!... This 1 really cannot tahan.. I bought few.. ^_^




Why la they never put up a table.. 'round' people like me got problem to squad down la... Jeez!!




Hubby looking for souvenirs for his staff.. ^_^




Nah.. This also I was so tempted to try.. Manicure!! But We need to rush.. So passed.. T_T

At this moment my in laws went back to hotel already. Me, hubby and son still continue..




We go down to the open market.. see what they have.. But have some Thai coconut 1st.. ^_^

Hubby saw all the table was served with this 'Ulam'.. and he said 'No wonder most of them are so slim!! They eat raw veggies!!'... o.O




I ate raw veggies too.. but not the Egg Plant!! How did they eat that??? I can take raw veggie with any sambal or lime.. But I saw them eating them with 'Rojak'.. ??




This also tempted to try.. but we need to go back to hotel already.. Coz my hubby promised my boy to bring him for a swim at the hotel pool..




Before we call for a tuk tuk.. managed to try this 'Pisang Bakar'.. Coated with 'Pulut Rice'.. Yummy!!!

So back to hotel.. will bring my boy for a swim and after that will take a nap and we wanted to visit the Hat Yai lantern festival that night.




I bought this.. FOR ME!! ngeh ngeh ngeh...

See la.. If it doesn't work with my new hair later I will give it to my nieces.. (Oh yes.. I am going to the hair saloon to fix my hair and may be do something with it.. Can't wait!!)
