Our last stop at this trip.. Actually it was closed at 6pm.. We were there at 6.30pm..



Asking permission from the lady guard to just have a look from outside..

This is a 'Minangkabau' house..

Very narrow and the ceiling is quite low..



I just took some shots from outside.. seems its not a visiting hour anymore.. I don't dare to go in further.



Most of their houses are in dark..



1 thing I love about this house (Actually I love everything about it..) is the character on their wall..Its like embroidery...



See what I mean...awesome.. Is this how their house on those day?? What a hard work!!

I can see lots of small stalls selling fruits and vege.. I saw 'Petai'.. force my hubby to stop.. ;-p



This is 'Petai'. 1 of the local stinky food in Msia. ^_^.. but almost everybody fav..and recently become my fav. I don't know how I get addicted with it.. but I am sure its all bcoz of my MIL cook. ^_^

On the way back home.. We saw a pool at side of the road.. I am quite not sure where is this.. I think still in Kuala Pilah? Ohh...jeez..I don't know..coz we did not plan to come here. Just saw it on the way back home.

Royal Museum Seri Menanti Old Palace (Last Post)

This is a bed for the prince (Whats with the tiger???)



..And this also for the prince or princess ... and the room was damn HOTT!!! Not like sexy Hot!! But hot sweat!! ^_^

My hubby say, How la to sleep in this 'sauna' room... lol..

Nothing much on the roof top room.. Just Hot and can see a nice view! The garden view... But those days...only can see jungle.. ;-p (Are they looking at the same hill on those days???)

Ok..we are done.. and the hard part is....


..We need to go down at the same staircase!!! T_T

There is no way you can go down as normal as we do.. You have to go down the same way how you go up...yes...backward!!!! (My hubby have to carry my son down...;-p.. He have to carry my son infront of him) gone few calories!!

Did you see anybody stand next to me on the mirror?? No??? Yeahh.. me too.. (Jeez.. always feels like there is somebody else there.. quite creepy... ;-p)



..I don't dare to be alone in any of the rooms.. lol.. seram juga..lol..you know lah..this is a real palace... and lot's of history happened here..



Flat slipper... Been used by the princess or queen.. I believe the sweat is still there. ^_^



I thought only China emperor have this... Woww... so international taste lah this royal family..



Where the king sit with his timbalan2.. quite narrow space.. It was quite hot inside the Palace. I wonder how would it be on those day.. no aircond and no fan... If depends on the dayang punya kipas... alahai... Really2 in Sauna... we sweat a lot!!!

But I think those day..lapisan ozon tak tercemar lagi kut.. tak lah sehangat mcm sekarang ni...adehhhhh.... 37degree...






..Suddenly remind me of the history lesson in my school.. When schooling time.. I never like history.. lol (Stupid me).. but now when I am here and looking at all this photo.. I suddenly feels wanted to know more about their history and other history which we suppose need to know when we are in school..

I think its a good idea to bring your kids here.. might giving them same inspiration.. ^_^
