Day 1_Mount Kinabalu Climbing

Start our journey around 11am from KK. It takes about 2 hrs to reach kinabalu Park (Location of Mount Kinabalu).

On the way at Kundasang, we stop by to have some food and visiting at some souvenir shop.




My heart beating fast when looking at the view of the mount Kinabalu.. Covered with mist..

The Pineapple here soo cheap and sweet!!!!!!!!!! If I visit this place again, I will buy more!!! Soo yummyyyy....

Reach Kinabalu park, we register ourselves (Me.. MasJ and wendJ... wah...wah...mcm adik beradik pulak.. all surname with J... me cathj... ;-p)





We have to go to few counters to make payments..



Outside the registration office, standing the highest mount in Asia (Or is there any mount take the title already??)

Done with the registration.. we heading to our hostel (Grace Hostel)..




Some problem occurs here..

The in charge person of this hostel.. put us in a room which occupied with guys.. The room got 6 bed (3 double deck bed).. and 3 of the bed was occupied with guys. I really cannot imagine myself sleeping with guys.. who is totally strangers to me!!! The bed was placed quite near and I think I can feel your breath if you are sleeping next to my bed.. It's like I am sleeping with another guy.. in a way!!

I protest that!! I don't want to go to the room. So do my galfrens!! We ask if all the room is full.. The in charge guy say.. YES... but the people have not check in...

My hubby (As usual.. Org paling sibuk ;-p) Join the conversation.. He say, 1st come.. 1st serves ma.... at last the guy let us take the empty room (That nite.. another couple, boy and girl joining us.. well I don't mind.. ;-p, coz he is with his GF.. ;-p.. So means that guy was sleeping with all womens that nite... lol..)

Problem solves!!

And separate bathroom and toilet. This is the ladies bathroom... Clean!

You can find food inside Kinabalu Park area or outside.. example this small restaurant just infront of the Kinabalu Park entrance..



Food.. is reasonable and acceptable.. ^_^

As for 3 of us, Our dinner has been included in the package. We have our buffet dinner at Kinabalu Park restaurant.

Actually we visited some other place nearby before back to our hostel... but will blog that on other post..

It was quite cold that night... 3 ladies, chatting until late at nite.. until kena ketuk dinding from sebelah... ;-p

*Ada pulak... mlm tu mimpi hantu.. But not scary story lah... and what a coincident.. WendJ pun mimpi yg sama... lol..lol... (Si Masj tak de pulak... dia kata... dia ada bawa buku 'Yassin' letak di sebelah bantal).... Jeezzz.........

*1st time sleeping without my boy.. For 2 nights T_T...
